Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Circle10 (“the Service”) is operated by Sol Path Ventures LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account info: email address you use to sign in.
Profile info you provide: display name, username, optional avatar image.
Quiz responses and results: answers you submit and the archetype calculated from them, with timestamps.
Circle data: the names you assign to seats in your Circle10, invitations you send, and people who claim those invitations.
Technical info: standard log data (IP, device, browser) for security and reliability.

3. How we use your information

To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
To send one-time passcodes for sign-in.
To display your archetype, history, and circle visualizations to you.
To enable people you invite to claim a seat in your Circle10.
To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

4. How information is shared

Other people only see information you choose to surface — for example, your display name and archetype appearing in a circle you have been drafted into. You can hide your name from other people’s circles in your profile settings at any time.

We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Data retention

Account, profile, and quiz history are retained while your account is active. When you request deletion (see Section 8), we remove your profile, quiz history, and outbound invitations from production systems within 30 days, subject to limited backup retention.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level database access controls, and one-time passcode authentication. No system is perfectly secure; please use a unique email and keep your device secure.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Your rights and choices

Access / correction: view and edit your profile in-app at any time.
Hide your name: toggle “Hide me in others’ circles” in Profile.
Deletion: request account and data deletion via the “Delete account” option in Profile, or by emailing solange@solprema.com.
Regional rights: depending on where you live (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have additional rights to access, port, or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise them.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
