Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Sol Path Ventures LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of Circle10 (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the email account associated with your sign-in and for any activity under it.

3. Nature of the Service — important disclaimer

Circle10 is for self-reflection and personal insight only. It is not a clinical, psychological, or medical assessment and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.

Archetype results, perception-gap content, and circle visualizations are entertainment and self-reflection tools only. Do not rely on the Service for decisions about mental health, relationships, employment, or any other significant matter.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not invite, name, or share information about people without a reasonable expectation that they would consent.
  • Do not impersonate others, harass, or upload unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Do not use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. names, quiz answers). You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the archetype framework, copy, designs, and software, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion in-app or by emailing solange@solprema.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a mandatory law of your residence requires otherwise.
